Compliance and Liability Clients are responsible for ensuring that their marketing materials comply with legal and industry regulations. Augustin LLC is not liable for any legal actions resulting from non-compliant advertising content provided or approved by the client.
Limitation of Liability Augustin LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable by the client.
Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action. The governing law shall be that of the state where Augustin LLC operates.
